Now Open For Summer: Reflections
by: May Globus
A day of sunshine in Vancouver often equals an apres work drink on a good patio.
An oasis in the middle of downtown, Reflections at the historic Rosewood Hotel Georgia is now open for summer. Both well-heeled and casual crowds mingle in this sophisticated fourth floor space, bonding over bite-sized items by Chef Ken Nakano (all ingredients are sourced locally) and signature hand-crafted cocktails (try the aptly-named Hotel Georgia, enRoute Magazine’s 2012 Cocktail of the Year).
Should the evening turn chilly, nestle in one of the six cabanas surrounding the stone fire pit — or, better yet, order another libation from the chrome cocktail bar to keep those insides warm.
Good food and drinks on a good patio: it’s all in a day’s work.
