Last night, we welcomed Charles Tremewen from Long Table Distillery and bartender Joe Cheng, into the lab. With them, they brought the gift of gin, cocktail mixing, and information about Long Table and the distillation process. While those who filled the lab enjoyed cocktails of blackberry cordial, and gin with vodka, Charles and Joe spoke to the distillery’s processes, the botanicals that are a part of their handcrafted spirits, and the art of cocktail mixing.
